At VILLA FONTELUNGA, you're curled up by a cosy fire, reflecting on your recent session with your counsellor. Maybe you'll read that book or simply doze. Or take a walk around the grounds to work up an appetite for lunch with others. During your retreat, you can share thoughts, challenges and life experiences. Hearing others' stories can be incredibly therapeutic and being with like minded people can be inspiring.


Where​
The retreat is being held at the stunning VILLA FONTELUNGA, nestled in a private olive grove near Pozzo della Chiana, Tuscany. Just a one hour drive from Florence airport.

Our hosts are Philip and Paolo who for over 25 years have owned and operated this luxurious boutique hotel. In 2024 they have been awarded a Michelin Key. Less than 200 hotels in all of Italy hold this prestigious honour.
Who is This Retreat For?
This retreat is suitable for anyone seeking peace, motivation, or recovery. Whether you're dealing with loss, anger, health issues, burnout, anxiety or simply need time ‘Away,’ this retreat offers a rejuvenating experience.​ You will have the opportunity to have one to one talking therapy. To have the chance to talk about "your story" to your personal counsellor in private. The Mindful Escapes counsellors are empathetic, non judgemental and always ready to listen whether in the session or during your daily activities. Sometimes we just need to be heard.
